Easy In-store Return or Exchange

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Ace Battery will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. No complicated RMA return procedure, just come to the store, we will take care of it right away!

Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy

To exchange or return an item purchased from us, please follow these guidelines:

Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
* 30 days of receiving your order for most product categories.
* 14 days for technology products including without limitation: Computers, Laptops, Receivers, GPS, Cell phones, Media, Hard Drives, and Peripherals, etc.
* After 30 days within warranty period, Ace Depot will, subject to inspection, repair the defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit.

Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in its original condition, in the original packaging and include all components, accessories, and user manuals, etc. otherwise, only exchange will be offered. And warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products and malfunctions caused by accident, abuse or misuse.

Your Original Receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. All warranty, refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original invoices. It is customer's responsibility to keep all the invoices.

When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund.

Returning Mobile Phones with Plans

When returning a mobile phone or device with a plan, you are responsible for canceling service with the carrier. Failure to discontinue service may result in additional carrier charges. All carrier charges incurred are the full responsibility of the customer.

After thirty (30) days and up to one (1) year from date of delivery, Ace Depot will subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The limited warranty on any replacement product will be a continuation of the original product’s limited warranty and will only be valid from the date of the original purchase.

This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unusual physical electrical or electromechanical stress; (b) modification of any part of the product by the purchaser; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not expressly approved or provided by Ace-Depot; (f) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment; (g) normal wear and tear and normal degradation of the power product. Rechargeable batteries that do not reach 100% original charging capacity are NOT covered by this warranty; and (h) malfunctions where it is determined by Ace-Depot that is not the fault of the power product itself.
